Williams is the UK’s largest independent plumbing and heating merchant with 51 branches in the South of England, Midlands and Manchester. Williams were experiencing a significant increase in card processing costs and were therefore looking for a new cost-efficient payment solution.

With Payit, Williams found a cost-efficient solution for collecting and sending payments. Payit Collecting Payments was integrated directly into Williams’ payment platform, offering Williams’ customers a new fast and easy way to pay, online, remotely and in store.

Payit now offers Williams' customers a new way to pay online, remotely and in-store via a third-party secure link.
Quicker and cheaper
Williams can now allocate the Payit payment reference to customer accounts, accelerating customer response time and cutting admin costs.
Easy and secure
Williams can now use Sending Payments to refund customers quickly and securely without requiring their account details.
